Prof Narend Baijnath, Council on Higher Education, South Africa
Narend Baijnath is CEO of the Council on Higher Education since October 2015. Before joining the CHE, he was Pro Vice Chancellor of the University of South Africa. Prior to that he occupied the positions of VP: Strategy, Planning and Partnerships and VP: Research and Planning at the same institution. As PVC at UNISA he drove the digitisation and OER strategies of the university.

Janja Komljenovic, Lancaster University, United Kingdom
Janja is a Lecturer in Higher Education at Lancaster University. Her research interests include education governance, higher education industry and political economy of markets. She has also worked in higher education policy since 2003 at institutional and national levels in Slovenia, and in the Bologna Process in Europe. She is particularly active in quality assurance; acting as an evaluator of quality assurance agencies for ENQA and evaluator of universities for national agencies.
